José Augusto de Lima
Chief Technical Office and President
Augusto Lima is a cofounder of TELE-PTC Inc. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the wireless field. Before joining TELE-PTC Inc. he has held engineering positions at Bosh Telecom, Spacebridge Semiconductor, Spotwave Wireless, Edgewater Computer systems and ST Microelectronics. He has held various roles in design and implementation, specification and architecture, and technical team management. Augusto holds B.Sc. from FAAP Engineering School, M.Sc. from Polytechnic University (Both in Sao Paulo – Brazil) he also holds M.Sc. from University of Ottawa and a Ph.D. from Carleton University (Canada), all in Electrical Engineering.

Rafael Lima
Web Master/Electrical Technician
Rafel Lima has been with TELE-PTC since it's foundation in 2007. He has over 10 years of experience in the web design and graphic design field. He is the creator of the TELE-PTC logo and the current and previous websites. Studying Computer Engineering at Universidade Paulista (UNIP, São Paulo), Rafael also has a one year Computer Science course from Algoquin College (Ottawa, On, Canada) and has two certified courses from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP, Brazil) in the web design and programming area. He has experience in various programming languages such as C, C++, Java, HTML and JavaScript. As a trainee Rafael is leaning to use MatLab/Simulink. He is responsible for the company's public relations and social media.
