Even though the end customer is very dedicated in the technology he is buying, he is not aware about the differentiators that your product bring; consequently most of the cases you need to educate the market about your solution and this will allow you to :

Educating the end customer with your solution, he will be biased to it during the elaboration of an RFP which will consequently increase the probability to succeed.

Knowing the customer problems, you will be aware of an eventual technical difficulty your product may be facing in near future. You will take corrective actions prior to the occurrence of the advent. Understand and solving your customer problems is an imperative ingredient for your success.


Pilot Projects


Pilot projects are another avenue to educate your market, build a case through field trials to show Brazil about how good your product is. The trials results are very important information to be relayed through all potential customers. These trials can be done by a small project shared by your company and the prospective customer.
